I don't think Jimmy's Landscape is the solution for rotating MAME games. MAMECE uses a method of 'direct access' to the screen which is likely to be unaffected by whatever OS tweaks Jimmy does to enable Landscape mode. I'd expect the game select window may rotate sucessfully, but the game-playing window is another matter entirely.

Frankly, I've never really seen much need, because most games require using the directional pad and at least one button at the same time. Doing this isn't very ergonomic with the unit rotated 90 degrees. This is exactly the reason why only one game is rotated in MAMECE-10X: Track & Field, because it only requires button input.

It should be relativly straight-forward to add rotation functionality since it is built into the MAME core. It's just a matter of creating a user control in the front-end and tying it to the proper variable. This would allow die-hards to rotate the screen to their heart's content... Although I doubt such things are very high on Techmaster's list.
