- New games added: Kangaroo, Shao Lin's Road and Xevious. Xevious is a bit too slow but on overclocked Cassiopeia it may actually be playable.

AAAND, there's also a grand surprise! MAMEBoy / MAMECE3 / iMAME Today Screen Banner. Just copy two files from the 'Today Banner' folder to windows folder on your Pocket PC, overwrite existing files and do a soft reset. Ain't it much nicer now ;-)

I downloaded mameboy to my cassiopea e125. the program works but i cannot load any roms. i put the zipped roms in the rom file but mameboy doesn't retrieve them.

You have to put MAMEBoy executable and the rest of the folders in the

\program files\mameboy\mameboy.exe
\program files\mameboy\roms\

or

\storage card\mameboy\mameboy.exe
\storage card\mameboy\roms\

folder. Only then ROMs will be recognised and loaded!

Hey Marconelly,

I just downloaded and installed your latest version and I also got the 3 new games from Mame DK. But when I start Mameboy, only the old roms from the last version can be seen. Even when I select "show all games" the 3 new ones don't show up. I checked the cfg folder and there I see Xevious etc., so I think there something wrong about the mameboy.exe. Can you help me, I'd really like to play those new games.

It's great!!!! Thanks again. The best part is that I don't have to remap everything like you showed me last week! Can't thank you enough eventhough we worked it out. Your program just keeps getting better.

One question. My first Casseopia was an e-100 and the firing button worked great. When I bought my e-115 the firing never worked great. I returned the unit and got another one that was better, but still not as good as my e-100. Is there something that can be done to increase the speed of firing in general. I know it's not Mameboy, but the unit. Is something not set right on my unit. It does accept the button, but takes forever to shoot.

o.k., I downloaded the new version and the 3 new games also show up, but I can't start them (the screen doesn't change at all!). I've downloaded them from mame.dk (like all the other roms, which work btw.). Do I need roms from somewhere else, maybe older ones? If so, where can I get them?

Yes, you need older roms. Leave e-mail here and I'll send them to you. For Shao-lin's road you can just copy roms from kicker.zip into shaolins.zip archive and it'll work.

As far as I know this issue is still unresolved on E-115. Even Jimmy's games have the same problem...

Question -- what happened to Tron? Wasn't that one of Darren's new games?

Your program is just great.
The speed is very good on my E-115.
The keys are great (except for the fire button).
Good Work !!!

But i must say that i Love the "Tron" game !!!
Please just enable the game asap...
