That's not quite true. It not just that more games makes it slower. It's a *very odd* problem in that sometimes adding one particular game will slow down others. But adding a dozen others games may have no effect. I really have no idea what the source of the problem is much less what the solution may be. All I know is, if I enable [some game] and Ms Pacman suddenly no longer plays fullspeed, [some game] gets removed...
I haven't personally tested it, but I haven't heard anything to indicate that games in the "regular" MAMECE3 build play any faster than those same games in the "large" MAMECE3 build. This would seem to indicate that it is either something in the 0.35beta13 core, or something in Ben's porting causing the strange-slowdown-when-enabling-some-games problem.
