It's more complicated than that. Some games when enabled together with some other games simply 'trigger' a slowdown. Therefore I have to hunt such 'conflicts' and disable certain games. Weird, but that's how it is...

That's not the real reason. MAMEBoy uses older MAME source which is faster by it's nature.

You see now that it won't really help. Besides that I have many other personal projects plus a full time job to get done every day. Not much time for such a thing. However I will release a special version of MAMEBoy with all requested games enabled.
