Yep.

Unless someone is using an old system ~300Mhz or less there is no good reason to use NRx. MAME is far better. Kawaks, Nebula & FinalBurn Alpha (not sure FBA has Neo raster effects?) are also superb choices.

NRx is a dead emu. It's absolutely pitiful that fighter kiddies still continue to basically rape its cold lifeless rotted corpse.
