They're selling NEOGEO games that run in a browser, but you can apparently extract ROMs from them. OWN THEM LEGITIMATELY!

FYI, I'm running a 144Hz monitor and when I ran their demo in Chrome the games ran super fast and the audio wasn't sync'ed.

Just buy the thing then go back to emulating on your favorite platform with a little less of guilt.
