it used to load perfectly fine, i just reinstalled win98se and now it says "unable to load VPinMame ActiveX component cannot create object" ????? help what do i need??? thanks

Hmmmm... Did you install the VBS files alright? If yes, I guess it's looking for runtime libraries. Look for them at Microsoft page:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp?
