Well, I would like to play Pinmame on my TV the same way I do with regular mame. Of coarse controllers do not work with Pinmame at this point in time, so could anyone recommend a substitute? I have tried lots of those joystick to keyboard programs and nothing seems to work.

Note to Visual Pinmame Authors: Please add joystick support!!!!!!

Hmmmm.....

I thought every mamer had a Power Ramp, or a Power Ramp Mite. These are 2 of the best controllers ever built. They both will plug into the keyboard port and emulate keystrokes. Both are fully programmable and work extremely well. The Power Ramp is a stick based version and the Mite is a game pad version (based on a PS controller style). Probably the most flexible controllers ever produced. They were only $20 a piece when they were widely available. Now you will probably have to look around a bit, but it is totally worth it....
