I started a thread about the moderation policy and they deleted my account immediately. I actually KNEW it.

This is actually pretty funny. Just like I said, those guys are nothing but a bunch of little cowards. The funniest thing is that everyone is afraid to post their opinion to the existing thread. How long you think they're gonna keep the community together?

Yeah, pretty much supported your post as far as PacDude and Rodgz were concerned. Like that it was a little harsh to take their posting rights away and so on.

You should do what you think is right. But be aware that both Shiva and Apoc played a big hand in kicking up all the fuss about the mods issue before, and that they believe in rules just as prohibitive as VPForums (Shiva, for example, believes that even making a completely separate backdrop image and releasing it on its own, not as part of a modified VPT file, still counts as a "mod" and should not be allowed without permission), and that their control is just as strong.

I know you believe in mod rules, Kristian, though I'm disappointed you didn't reply to my post about it below. But it seems to me you're just setting yourself up to walk into the same trap all over again. Power corrupts. Shivasite is subject to all the same problems which eventually destroyed VPF, it's just that the infection hasn't actually turned into the disease yet. (Possibly because hardly anyone goes or posts there. Wait until a few people who occasionally have differences of opinion show up and see what happens then. It's easy to maintain peace when there are only four of you in the house.)

Every few month VPForums get down because of an 'issue'. Everytime, it gets worser than before and this time, it is the worst. People get banned without a real reason and as usual, the admins don't explain why. Everytime, the mods/admins said that they will explain the reasons next time. However it is different this time as Kinsey said:

I will not raise my voice this time, I am too tired and I will be quiet. I just want to let people know that this don't mean I am silently agreeing to anything which happens here lately (because I don't).

I would not be happy to be banned at VPF, but I don't fear to be kicked there. I say what I want and if they ban me for it, so be it.

My deleted thread will be merged to the original one by kristian. I made this agreement with Kinsey.
