Your best place is to check out this site. They constantly update their tables and it is somewhat free. Think of this link as a MAME version of Pinball.
Click on Table tab to download the tables and the Table Info tab for viewing the pictures of the Pinball tables. As far as commercial, I haven't seen anything yet.
