If you're a member of vpforums, you can download the nvram files here. Just unzip them into your nvram directory, start the table and you should be able to play.

Alternatively, you can also set up the table manually. If I remember right, when you load the table, start the diagnostic (press 7), then go to adjustments (I think you press Q). When the display prompts you to "load factory settings", press 1, and then press 1 again when it prompts something like, "credit button loads english". Afterwards, restart the table and that should be it.
