The ROM is not enabled in VPINMAME, it'd be very difficult to make the table without support. Most authors are going to respect VPINMAME's decision and not work on a table until either it is very close to being added or after it's added to VPINMAME. There are many other tables that need/are being worked on, so I doubt it's on anyone's priority list at the moment...
