Is anyone working on implementing Pinball 2000 support for games like Return from Mars in vpinmame? I played Return from Mars recently in a shore-side bar/restaurant at Myrtle Beach, SC, and it was really cool how the video monitor was used within the pinball game.

Revenge From Mars uses an intel x86 compatible processor - so they aren't currently working on it for visual pinmame -- you can always check their newest progress at pinmame.emuviews.com

Personally I think the Pin2000 games suck. Those games just don't play like pinball games should IMHO :). But I don't think you'll have to wonder about seeing them emulated for some time as I haven't heard of any built in video overlay support in VP on the horizon.
