I don't know if you got it working yet, but here's what you need to do...First make sure you have DirectX 7.0 or higher on your machine. Then:

1) Download Visual Pinball from http://www.randydavis.com/vp and install it.

2) Download VPinMAME from http://www.hippie.net/shivasite/files/vpinmame/programfiles/countdown/countdown.cgi?pinmame_099b3.zip - unzip it to a directory called c:\vpinmame

3) Run the c:\vpinmame\setup.exe and click Install and go through the prompts

4) Download the PinMAME samples from http://www.hippie.net/shivasite/files/vpinmame/programfiles/countdown/countdown.cgi?pinmame_samples.zip - Rename to pinmame.zip and place it in c:\vpinmame\samples (if samples doesn't exist, create it)

5) Download the VBS Script files from http://www.hippie.net/shivasite/files/vpinmame/programfiles/countdown/countdown.cgi?vbs193.zip - open in winzip and double click on the vbs193.zip file and unzip the 7 files to c:\vpinmame\tables

6) Download the Table you want and unzip it to c:\vpinmame\tables

7) Download the ROMs needed for the table and put the zip file in c:\vpinmame\roms (do not unzip it)

8) Go to Start->Program->Visual Pinball->Visual Pinball Tech Beta

9) When VP loads, click File->Open and choose the c:\vpinmame\tables folder - You should see the table you unzipped in here. Open the table.

10) Go to Table->Run and the table will start loading.

NOTE: The first time you run a table, the DMD display will usually say "Factory Settings Restored" or "Default Setting". Press F3 and it will reset VPinMAME and start the ROMs again.
