There is no such thing as "full versions" of tables. Many tables are close to complete, but none are absolutely positively perfect with no more scripting to be done or graphics to be added/cleaned up/changed. Everyone is always striving to improve on all the tables that have been released...hence the continuing version number changes! Some are worked on more than others. Most of the authors get the table to about 90% or better, then release it to the sharks to rip apart :) You may see "(final)" on a few tables...but there is always something to add/change/fix/clean-up! For example (and Destruk I'm only using this as an example), Scared Stiff (Final).vpt works beautifully in almost every aspect...but when someone figures out how to do the spinning web without being a resource hog...it will be added! Mousin' Around (Final) already had an update to it for the look of the traps! Little (and some big) things like this will keep people always adding to/changing the tables. If a table ever hits 100%, let me know :)
Since it is a pinball simulator (in beta no less), things will always be changing. I can tell you that EVERY table will be reworked as soon as transparent ramps are available! Another version change...another download :)
This is not bad, but I understand where you might be coming from if you are on dial-up! I can't even recommend not downloading any table not over v1.0 because Cyclone is a 0.8 and works great, it's just missing the mechanics for the mystery wheel and an animated ferris wheel. Earthshaker 0.95 works great as well, the effects for the fault splitting couldn't be added yet, but it doesn't make it unplayable! Good news though: TB4 is cutting most of the file sizes in half when converting the graphics to .jpg!
