maybe it's only me , but j've noticed a speed improvement using the new Vpinball release.
now j can run all the tabes at full rate in 1280X960 (with the previous version, 4 or 5 tables have some frame skipping).

Yes, this is correct. Tech Beta 4 is about 25-30% faster than tech beta 3 was.
