you need to download a file called vpinmame_10b1.zip.
before you do this create a directory C:\vpinmame to download that file to. also create c:\vpinmame\roms ...\samples...\cfg...\nvram.
after you have created those directories download to c:\vpinmame and unzip. running winzip should install vpinmame in that folder. Now you can run vpinmametest.exe to run the roms that you have in c:\vpinmame\roms. To run the tables you need to download visual pinball and download tables to its table directory
