For some reason, every time I play MM after I add some walls (yeah, yeah, I don't need to hear it) they DISAPPEAR! Why does this happen? Someone HELP!

Because the table surface begins at a height of 50. By default, a wall placed on the plafield has a bottom height of 0 and top height of 50, so your placed wall is actually below the surface of the table.
