Are you sure you have the roms in the pinmame/roms dir?

Yes definitely in the pinmame/roms directory

Did you run the "setup.exe" file and go through all the steps? If not, it just won't work.

Make sure you didn't unzip the ROM - & make sure the ROM zip filename is correct.

make sure you have the right rom file too :) as there are Addams family AND addams family gold tables and each has its own romset . Also there are a few revisions of AF and aFG too so make sure you using right one inside zip file
try d/l addams family GOLD table and download the rom called tafg_lx3.zip :)
make sure it has

of course this if you are playing Addams Family Gold table....
