How do I work the redump.com program.. its the program that changes the format of the neo geo roms so it can playable in mame and not just neorage program..

unzip the roms into a directory, unzip redump into the same directory, go to a command prompt, cd into the directory you created, then ( for example ) redump ncombat, then zip the files it creates.

no I've never done that, although I respect your right to do it if you want. however I'm not really interested in looking at picutres like that.
