I *think* I got that TLA right :)

Basically this is the new 'standard' that lets you view web content as if it was 1991 and all you had was a 286 with a 10" mono monitor, but much much smaller and slower. Web by cellphone? Hmm convergence was supposed to hit 15 years ago, then 10, then 5.... (notice a trend, anyone? :)
