That way, people new to emulation will be able to find out where to get roms, and people who actually post worthwhile messages on the board won't get pissed off at them for taking up space. Also, there will be an understanding that, if a person makes a rom-request on any of the other boards, he'll immediately be banned without a warning. I think a lot of this hating of people who beg for roms is because the people who know where to get the roms dont want the downloading bandwidth to be compromised by more people, which is extremely selfish. Everyone was new at one time.
