I am new. Bet you are suprised I came here becuase i need some help. Thank you for your time and heres the question:

When I Click on the NeoRage icon it tells me

"unable to load neogeo system bios rom 'neo-geo.rom'!

what is going on I am hopeful that someone may be able to help. Thanks.
