I hadnt really minded the pop-ups on Retrogames till today..

The ad for 'http://mlmarketing.com/gtraffic/' Multi-Level Management Spammers (ie: illegal Pyramid Scams)
I get enough trash from this scum in my inbox, I dont need it blasted in my face when I visit my favorite sites.
It would be one thing if the advert was related to gaming in some way, but hte whole point of the ad was spam related.

Huge ammounts of drive space available from them, including 'garunteed' deliverablity of email.
It all adds up to one thing.... SPAM!

(not really that anonymous, just dont have an account yet)

Yeah, that's the ads you'd see on any site in Emulation World (including my site), I don't think there's anything they can do against the annoying ads and popups ...

I dont mind pop-ups for legit products or sites related to the material Im viewing. But when the ad is for nothing more than spammer support, I draw the line.

Might as well start advertising child-porn sites here.

AFAIK, most sites can limit what is being advertised on their site. That might not be the case here at retrogames, however..
