Flooding a regular forum is not their concern, i think it has more to do with the legality of roms, although having something that stated *why* they can't answer rom requests would surely help, instead of giving people the cold shoulder. If someone can't find a rom (of the type that are usually asked for here) they aren't going to be smart enough to know the goings on of Retrogames and the even bigger wigs, further up the chain of command.
