Go back into you bios by pressing the delete key when you bios performs the memory test when you first switch on.
From here you need to select fail safe defaults and reset up the settings in your bios from there.
When you flash a bios its necessary to reset all the settings due to the fact that the new bios might not be compatibile with the saved settings from the old one.
