for some reason, with my wireless keyboard, MAME does not want to recognize simultaneous key presses in games that they are utilized (eg. Simpsons and TMNT) - I have tried changing the button assignments from the default CTRL and ALT but to no avail. I do know that the keyboard itself recognizes multiple keypresses as it works fine when using notepad. I have also tried connecting the keyboard split of the receiver cable to the USB slot instead and there was no difference. Has anybody else encountered this problem? My system specs are as follows:

AMD Athlon XP 2600+
768MB DDR RAM
120GB Seagate Drive
GeForce FX 5200 128MB
Logitech Cordless Desktop SE

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is quite annoying (yes, I do know I can use a gamepad, but sometimes I like to use the keyboard). Thanks in advance.
