I know dvd2one can select certain streams from a dvd to cut down the size of the movie, but is there a program that will just rip menus/other languages with an easy to use GUI that won't reencode/decrease the quality of the movie?

And if your movie is already below the 4.37gb dvd-r limit and you use dvd2one to do such things, is it still reencoding (I know thats not exactly what its doing but its the best I can explain it ;) the video file if i'm only ripping the menu/useless audio files?
