It more or less went OK. The servers seem to go down occasionally, so it's not perfect yet. They've been up more than down lately, though.

It's not rolled in, as such, due to the way BOINC handles work and work units, but your old stats are posted on your profile, so it's not like they're just discounting all your old work. Also, the new way is (theoretically) equivalent across projects, so if you do 800 points of SETI and 800 points of Einstein, then you know that you've done roughly equivalent work between the two projects, even though an Einstein WU takes about twice as long to crunch.
