I would like to connect my PS2 on my VGA monitor for those progressive support games...so I bought Blaze Hi-res VGA box as My monitor doesn't support SoG signal...It works fine except image is bit greenish...not pretty to look at...I heard this is caused by NOT subtracting Sync Information from Green signal that add extra 3 volts...Is there any way to solve this problem ?...I mean volt-down the green signal or remove sync from green signal....

If you just need to remove voltage all you need is a resitor attached to the green signal wire.
