I have a Super Joybox 4 - do a google on it.
I love it. I got mine a little over a year ago for about 15$. All buttons work. Force Feedback works. I've never had a problem with it. I use it for MAME, FBA/KAWAKS, and everything else for that matter. It's funny actually, I had the sidewinder gameport and had the same problem with no gameport on a new PC. I unfortunatly first got a sidewinder USB, which totally sucked. The responsiveness of the USB version of the sidewinder came nowhere near close to the gameport version.
