LOL not quite! It's just a 533 MHz bus although I'll admit that there are 4 case fans because of the old AMD CPU. It's not overclocked but ASUS has a utility that came with the new board for overclocking that I might try later. Yes it is performing extremely well - a celery diet is always good you know. :) The plan is to get a Pentium D when finances permit. Then we throw out the celery & eat nothing but MEAT!
It is important to note that just after I upgraded, I also installed an optimized version of BOINC & SETI. My RAC is still climbing sky high - I have no idea when it will stop. :)
Also I want to pick up a new case so I can reactivate the old board & Athlon XP - then look out baby!!!
One thing - if you check out my 650 MHz server, it is outperforming my dual CPU media PC & almost ready to overtake my son's Athlon XP 1800+. What's up with that???
