Sorry to hear of the loss of your farm.
I can relate to the temperature thing I have 5 running boxes in my home office.
It's not always cold in Canada, not Tucson hot though, I'm looking at 33 Celcius (~90 to 91 degrees Fahrenheit) next week with 50 to 60% humidity. Today it's a cool 24C with 37% humidity, AC is off and windows open. :-)
