I've never heard of an Apple computer with a recovery partition. Usually they just ship with system restore discs. Anyway, if there is a recovery partition, you should be able to use Disk Utility to restore the disk to one partition. It shouldn't erase the partition, but if it does, then use the SR discs. After that, download and run Boot Camp and it'll take care of Windows partitioning from there.
