Suitable for CPU's supporting SSE3 instructions and up.
Large improvements in crunching performance, based on Alex Kan's V8 MacIntel code.

I'm hoping space aliens will come along and port it to Linux.

The Linux port is available now.
After a couple of weeks, I'm thinking a RAC of ~10000 for me and the penguins.

Well if we do go to London in July & I see smoke coming from a house, I'll know where to find you! LOL!

That would be a STUNNING RAC if you can achieve that.

Don't go for the house with the smoke, the cops are watching it ;-)

I've slowed the CPU clock down on my Q6600 GO to 3348Mhz and bumped up the memory speed to a third of that so it's better balanced, cooler with less voltage and faster. With the room at 28C and the CPU is running at 49C with cores running around 59C to 62C so no smoke...yet.

That one just made the 6000 RAC mark today and I'm expecting it will go higher over the next week or so. Hoping for it to break into the Top 100 Computers on the SETI site, but that might be wishful thinking.

So the two quads are well past the 10,000 RAC mark on their own and so I guess a total RAC of 12,000 to 13,000 may be sustainable.

Magic mods from the Mod thanx.

Seti@Home is currently showing.

Total credit 1,965,545
Recent average credit 12,237.16

and for the Team

Total credit 4,932,873
Recent average credit 18,966

It looks like I will get to 2 million credit about the same time the Team gets to 5 million.

My trick this year is to get to 4 million before my Dec 25th SETI sign-up anniversary. Hopefully I won't cut it as fine as last year's race to 1 million by that date.
