I am a total newb on arcade cabinets, I was wondering if there was a solution to this error I randomly get "Error 01 game not recognized by system" its something like that, I randomly get it and now I get it alot more...can someone help?

Hmm, ok, sounds like a dirty contact on your cart/interface, make sure its got nothing in it, give it a vacuum and just make sure all connections are tight,

Damn now it won't even work at all, I also noticed that the game has 3 seperate like carts, that sit on each other...what is this for?

Ok now I just unplugged the board, and I turned on the naomi system with no game cart and it still says the same error "Error 01 game is not acceptable by system" but there is no game in??? Is this normal, or do I have a bad system?

I'm not sure, a photo would be handy of the boards and cart, you said there were 3 carts? or 3 boards? I dont quite understand...

you havnt opened up the cart have you?

Its not a RAM cart is it? for use with a GD-Rom game?

Hey like I said I am a newb I have no idea what they are, but I took it apart...here is a picture. I cleaned all the connections, it seems to be working more now, still doesn't work sometimes. Also my sound is weird, Both speakers work but the the 1st player audio seems to be really low...hmm

OK, Its a normal ROM cart then, one thing Naomis are known for is being slightly voltage sensitive, maybe a power supply needs adjusting, refer to your manual and make sure everythings set up right,
