Heh, yeah, I know its the console port of it, but if you look at the copyright information on the bottom of it its copyright sega/sunsoft/sanritsu, I'd say that its a pretty good bet that they're the original programmers.

The only way to be sure I spose is finish the game and compare the names on the credits, but I dont have the time :)
