O dear, it doesnt look good, what does the bios test tell you?

See if it thinks any of the roms are broken, if it says everything is ok then you might have a broken TGP in which case all is lost :(

It's a bit weird that both have gone, might be a power supply fault damaging the boards?

Check all the connections are tight and that the roms all look ok and dont have any obvious damage/corrosion.

Other than that, you could be looking for a new PCB :(

Six...

Sorry for the delay, Thanks for your answer.

Texture problem is due to Roms Board eeprom (not yet identified).
Second problem is due to CPU board (IC60 or one of the two OPR) AND Video Board.

I buy 2 complete Model2 Daytona Boards to repair.
But I have problem with Rom Board. A blue screen appear when I use it. In the SEGA manual, blue screen is due of wrong plug of boards.

Any idea?

Thanks

ok, changing right eeprom onto the rom board solve the problem.

Someone know wich eeprom model must I used (27Cxxx) to burn and replace failed rom IC?
I hear about 27C160, wich is a 16MB eeprom.

Thanks
