i'have try to connect my original shinobi pcb on a regular jamma connector,result,my pcb is still working but i don't have any input(i can't put any credit).help!!!

There you go, that should point you in the right direction, if you're lucky you wont have blown it up too badly, although the +12 on a jamma goes to the counter on the s16 board, so that might be why you cant coin up :(
