Dear Toby,
I have problem wih this I/O board it shows Error I/O.
Please tell me what is the problem and how to solve it.

Not sure...

Check the I/O board is in the crate properly, take it out and clean up the edge connector maybe.
Next check all the connectors are in properly and make sure there are no broken wires, make sure all the controls are working, things like that.

Check out this PDF and it might give you some ideas, try section 2-3-3,
