it's so new that you'll have to get it from Namco or one of it's distributors, in Australia try filtek or something, but you're going to pay through the nose for something that new...

System16 - The Arcade Museum

Distributors would only sell you the whole cabinet, not the game disc by itself. They are rarely sold seperately and then only as replacements for faulty discs.

Besides you need the card system and a racing cabinet to really enjoy this game. Take a trip to one of the big arcades in Sydney/Melbourne and spend some money there - might be expensive but costs less than buying the whole set-up.
