Unfortunatly this game is on the Hikaru system, there is no way to change the roms for any other driving games...
BUT, you might be able to buy a Naomi system and hook it up to the controls, as I think they use a common interface, but you will have to bear in mind that Nascar has a normal 4 gear selector, so F355 and 18 Wheeler (maybe a few more) wont work as it needs many more controls, but you could have any of the other Naomi driving games in theory...
