i can buy a dual languages bios but don't if there is an other solution !! ??

No, you have to switch the BIOS (although some games like Shanghai the Great Wall are dual-region and play in Japanese on Japanese ST-V and English on US boards).

If there's someplace you can buy a dual BIOS I'd like to know about it, please post a link :)

No sorry i have no link for dual bios but a friend of mine
have 2 for sale (i live in france) but it's a little bit costy : about 70-80$ each !!!!!
