It was apparently electro-mechanical, dating from 1984. (according to KLOV, so take that as you will). Is System16 an appropriate place for electro-mechanical games?

Further Note:
Recent questions from "gregf" and others have led me to realize how dire the lack of publicly available information is for electro-mechanical arcade games. Not many cabinet photos out there, manuals are largely unscanned, and there's a lot of inconsistent data. I may start that spinoff project in a few years, something like a VAPS/KLOV/System16 for electo-mechanical arcade games.
