it's a clone of the original arcade yes. in fact its frame rate is probably less than the arcade (judging by Afterburner 32X).

If you are looking for the sequel then that's called Space Harrier II and came out on Atari ST, Amiga, Megadrive, arcade (Megadrive version in Megaplay), Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, C64...

Personally I thought that the music on Space Harrier II was ace (especially Spectrum version strangely enough).
