Finally. It's "Majikaru zunou pawa-" ("Magical brain power") made by SEGA with cooperation with NHK.
Controlled by voice commands.
According to website : http://www.tcn.ne.jp/~yaso/gamedb/year/1996_1.html it's 'Quiz magical brain'. (System 24 hardware).
