The second layer of sprites (credits, insert coin, high scores)is in the wrong color and is also missing most colours. For example, the text"sega 1988"is red/yellow instead of blue/white.
Can anyone help me?

Sounds like either your sprite rom/roms have become corrupt or your boards on the way out, try to get someone to burn you a new set of roms and swap them out and see if this cures it...

Thanks. Do you also mean the mask roms?
What's the difference between object and line obj. roms?

If that doesn't cure it, you might have to replace the board. Your profile doesn't state your location but in the UK you could try www.arcadewarehouse.com or e-bay.co.uk

If you are outside the UK I have a LOT of US contacts, drop me a mail for the list or you could try e-bay.com

Hope that helps!

Dan

Looking for ANY Sega Outrun arcade parts, mail me if you have any!!
