I recently picked up an Alien Storm (System 18) board that stopped working after being powered on twice. The hardware and ROMs are fine, but the custom CPU seems to be dead. I'm assuming the battery is shot, it had been in storage for years without being turned on prior to my purchase.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a replacement for this part? It's labeled 'SEGA 317-0147' and is for the program ROMs EPR-13094 and EPR-13095.
