By using telephone number search sites such as:

http://www.switchboard.com/ or http://www.anywho.com/

it is slightly possible to locate some businesses.

As for "Pocket Change Amusement", this is as close as it
is going to get.

There might be others and the game might have come from an entirely different commercial location altogether instead of either of these two. Good luck in finding the remaining details.
