SubjectSuper Monaco GP/ Power Drift conversion new Reply to this message

I have an empty Super Monaco GP cabinet that I wouldn't mind converting to a Power Drift. Would it be possible to use the SMGP harness with the P Drift pcb?

Also, would the Super Monaco GP wiring harness (or my spare OutRun harness) be of any help/use in trying to play my Power Drift pcb in my OutRun mini upright cab?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Joe

Joe, I have a standard upright of Outrun and I can run Power Drift almost with a straight swap. You will need to wire new connections for the monitor and sound, as the 2 boards have different size connectors for these outputs. All the other connects work ok without alteration (but i havent figured out if the shaker motor works with PD this way) I may be able to give you more detail (I wrote down some pinout info somewhere around here ;)
